We ship to any address in the world.

Items ordered through Woodbury are shipped DHL.

A street address is required for delivery.

Merchandise will be delivered standard Air-express（door to door）,

which takes approximately 10-21 business days.

Processing time for in stock items is within 2 business days.

Delivery times do not include processing time.

SHIPPING COST

We are trying to present you Free shipping on our site. But some products has additional fees, so Almost all our product have FREE International Standard shipping, but some of them may have additional small shipping cost.

If you will choose Express delivery option, you will see shipping costs in orders processing.

Packages that are sent with Standard Shipping usually take 10 to 21working days, whereas Express or Premium Shipping will provide an estimated delivery time from 7 to 15 working days.

Customs clearance and duties are not include in shipping prices.

EMS:$35 for the 1st item + $8-$16 each additional item

DHL: $45 for the 1st item + $10-$20 each additional item

When we ship your orders out,we will offer the track number to you.

SHIPPING NOTES

Once the order was shipped, a tracking number will be email to you.

We don’t carry duty on any damages or loss during shipping.

we can't ship to P.O. Box.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

After placing your order on our site, the warehouse will send the package to our shipping center (as usual it can takes 2 business days). From here, we can make sure that your package will be handled with care and delivered on time, and we will add the tracking information to your order details so that you can follow your package whenever and wherever you want.

HOW DO I TRACK ON ORDER?

You can check the logistics information directly in your order details. The information will be updated within 5-7 days after the warehouse sent the package.

Please note: 

* Items on your order can be shipped separately from different warehouses. Each package will have own tracking number.

* The shipping fee is pay to Express company, it is not our profit.

* So we can not give you shipment discount，we would rather offer best service to you.
